Field Sales Representative

Take ownership of a growing territory across Mindanao (Agusan del Sur & North Mindanao):

• Cagayan de Oro, Bukidnon
• Misamis Oriental, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte
• Oroquieta, Dipolog
• Agusan del Sur

As our Field Sales Representative, you will identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts within your assigned area, ensuring they meet sales and collection targets. This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Acquire new accounts and reactivate inactive clients to grow territory reach
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained growth
• Manage territory coverage, merchandising, and promotions
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely collections, and credit compliance

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course
• Preferably with 1–2 years of sales experience and a valid motorcycle license.
• Willing to be assigned in areas mentioned above.
