The Fleet Maintenance Administration Associate supports the day-to-day administrative and coordination functions of the fleet maintenance team. The role ensures timely preventive maintenance scheduling, accurate recordkeeping, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. By maintaining fleet readiness, compliance, and operational efficiency, this position helps minimize downtime, reduce costs, and ensure safe and reliable vehicle operations.

• Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules based on mileage, usage, and manufacturer recommendations.
  
• Coordinate with vehicle assignees, mechanics, and external vendors for the timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Track maintenance requests, monitor completion, and escalate overdue items.
• Maintain records of all vehicle maintenance activities, and service costs.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports, including preventive maintenance compliance, requests, and fleet availability.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding maintenance schedules, vehicle readiness, and service updates.
• Liaise with external vendors for maintenance service appointments, approvals, and billing.
