Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

The Branch Associate (Accounting) is responsible for executing accounting processes which includes documentation, collection, returns process, DR transmittal and Delivery Receipt (DR) Checking of FSPs.

Other responsibilities include:

• Compliance 
  • Execute the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in compliance with government-mandated guidelines or LGU regulations.
• Sales Invoice Management 
  • Execute the issuance of sale invoice and credit memo and generates monthly sales invoice and credit memo reporting timely and accurately.
  • Facilitates the filing of issued sales invoices and delivery receipts for hardbound for BIR yearly requirements.
• Collection Management
  • Executes the issuance, recording and inventory of collection booklets such as Payment Receipt, Collection Receipt, Warehouse Receiving Report, Counter Receipt and Credit Receipt
  • Prepares Payment Receipt for DRs with payment daily and Issue Collection Receipt per customer request
  • Receives and processes daily collections by verifying the amount, checking and updating the details in SFA, timely deposits, preparing and transmittal of collection reports.
• Delivery Receipts Management
  • Execute the preparation and sending of Weekly DR transmittal to FSPs
  • Conduct Monthly DR Checking and reporting of any missing DR of FSP.
• Returns Management 
  • Execute the processing of customer returns such as pullout and canceled DRs timely and accurately.
    
• Role Flexibility 
  • Carry out the tasks and responsibilities in the absence of Branch Associates to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Supply Chain Management Strategy 
  • Execute the ongoing enhancements to the structure, processes, equipment, and personnel of branches.
