Demand Planning Associate

About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila (near SM City Manila)

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Supply Chain/Demand Planning

Reporting to: Team Leader - Supply Planning

Work schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As a Demand Planning Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of stocks at the right location and at the right time to meet the corresponding demand and to carry out the day-to-day supply planning operations.

Other responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and appropriate ordering to supplier and branch replenishment.
• Monitors monthly inventory levels and stock outs.
• Identities and reports risk and other supply disruptions.
• Aligns actions to the overall supply planning team goals.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Has a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any other equivalent courses.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Preferably with related internship experience.
• Basic knowledge in Demand Planning Processes to execute operational activities
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to monitor performance and achieve targets
• Communication skills to effectively resolve supply issues/gaps
