Salary is EUR 1,100 per month gross with 14 salaries per year and bonuses of EUR 100 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year

• Be the friendly voice our customers hear by handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and care.

• Use our tools and systems to provide accurate, helpful, and complete information.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
