What you'll do

• Review and moderate online content targeted at the Dutch market.

• Ensure all user-generated content complies with client policies and guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about policies and community standards.

• Apply best practices to help meet and exceed client KPIs.

• Share your insights and ideas to improve processes internally and externally.

What you'll need

• Native-level Dutch communication skills, both written and verbal (mandatory).

• A natural ability to learn quickly and develop your skills in a short time.

• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).

• Strong ability to separate personal beliefs from content moderation policies.

• Empathy and a positive, motivated mindset.

• Great attention to detail.

• Experience managing high volumes of online content.

• Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday (mandatory).
