What You'll Be Doing Each Day

  • Proactively research and identify prospective clients using a variety of channels - cold calling, outbound prospecting, and social media.

  • Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and goals - qualify opportunities through meaningful conversations.

  • Initiate and maintain contact through personalized, compelling communication - calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Build trust and rapport with prospects, guiding them confidently through the sales funnel and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.


What You Bring to the Table

  • 1+ years of hands-on sales experience.

  • Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying leads, generating new business, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confident in presenting value propositions, addressing customer needs, and fostering strong client connections across multiple communication platforms.

  • A strategic mindset that understands customer challenges and crafts tailored solutions.

  • Collaborative spirit - you're a team player who works well across departments to drive success.

  • Familiarity with sales development tools and CRM systems is a strong plus.
