As a valued member of our team, you will provide friendly assistance, answer questions, and share valuable information with our diverse customers, helping to create outstanding experiences every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries within set timeframes.

• Troubleshoot and provide clear solutions to customer questions

• Identify and manage potential escalations following established. procedures.

• Work closely with back office and other departments to deliver tailored solutions.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Completed at least VMBO education.

• Passionate about connecting with people and possessing excellent communication skills.

• Professional, collaborative, and a strong team player.

• Embrace an international mindset and culture.

• Open to relocating to beautiful Portugal.

• Previous call center experience is a plus.
