The Role
Were hiring AI Agent Engineers who are excited about real-world applications of AI. This role is ideal for early-career technologists passionate about using LLMs, automation platforms, and AI tooling to solve business problems.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with clients and AI Adoption Managers to understand business problems

• design, implement, and optimise agent-based workflows tailored to real business challenges, identify AI use cases and create automation and AI solutions could be low-code and no-code solutions

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents using tools like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry to improve business performance

How It Works

Step 1 Apply & Interview
Go through our selection process to assess your technical ability, commercial awareness, and communication skills.

Step 2 First AI Academy (3 Weeks)
A small, selected group will join our immersive, full-time Academy in London (hybrid). Its unpaid but completely free, with hands-on training from AI professionals.

Step 3 Job Offer or Select Bench
On successful completion of the Academy, you'll either:

• Receive an immediate offer to join as an AI Agent Engineer, or

• Be placed on our Select Bench a priority pool with fast-track access to live client projects as they launch.

With new work kicking off regularly, being on the bench means you're first in line for upcoming roles.

What Were Looking For

• 2:1 degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning.

• Experience in software engineering (internships welcome).

• Demonstrated interest in AI agents whether through work or side projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.

• Loves working with people, across all roles and levels.

• Comfortable with ambiguity, especially in fast-moving, emerging areas like AI.

• Willing to travel across the UK for client engagements and in-person delivery.

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with Azure services.

• Experience using Power Automate.

Need-to-Know

• Salary: £32,000 (£27,000 for the first 6 months).

• Location: London

• Work mode: Hybrid. Occasional travel to and work on client sites across the UK is required, so flexibility is essential.

• Start Date: July / August 2025
