Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies to our facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies

- Forecast supply and demand to ensure adequate inventory levels and avoid stockouts

- Track and report on key performance indicators such as delivery times, inventory levels, and transportation costs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business objectives

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain, utilizing problem-solving skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software

- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes and regulations is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
