Position: Graphic Designer

First Care Medical is a leading healthcare provider in the Houston area, dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Houston, Texas.

As a Graphic Designer at First Care Medical, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our brand and message to our patients and the community. Your main duties will include designing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website content, as well as creating visual elements for our digital and print campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and design creative concepts for various projects, including print and digital materials, social media graphics, and website content

- Create visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand and effectively communicate our message to our target audience

- Use industry-standard design software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and make recommendations for improving our brand's visual identity

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all marketing materials

- Communicate with external vendors and printers to ensure timely and accurate production of materials

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs meet the needs and objectives of the project

- Take ownership of projects from concept to final production, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout

- Experience with digital design, including social media graphics and website content

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
