Security Analyst

Responsibilities: - Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to our systems and data - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against cyber attacks and data breaches - Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious or unauthorized behavior - Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and industry best practices to continuously improve our security measures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security issues and implement solutions - Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness - Maintain and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from security incidents - Participate in incident response and forensic investigations as needed - Manage security tools and systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software - Generate and maintain security reports for management and regulatory compliance purposes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security analyst role, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong knowledge of security protocols, network security, and information security best practices - Experience with security tools and systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software - Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ - Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours in case of emergencies or security incidents At First Care Medical, we value our employees and offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
