Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Analyst to join our team. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's data and systems. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems

- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious behavior or security breaches

- Collaborate with IT team to ensure all systems and software are up-to-date and properly secured

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our security measures

- Conduct training sessions for employees on security best practices

- Respond to security incidents and provide timely resolution

- Conduct risk assessments and develop disaster recovery plans

- Perform security testing and evaluation of new technologies and systems

- Maintain documentation of security procedures and protocols

- Collaborate with external security vendors and partners as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security analyst role

- Strong knowledge of security protocols, standards, and best practices

- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
