Job Summary:

As a Logistics Analyst at First Care Medical, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and distribution of medical supplies and equipment to our various healthcare facilities. You will work closely with our supply chain team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, while also maintaining accurate inventory levels. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels and track supply usage to anticipate and prevent potential shortages

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products

- Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers and negotiate competitive rates

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to develop and implement logistics strategies

- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies

- Use data analysis to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions for process improvement

- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and trends to senior management

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
