The project and your role
We are actively seeking an experienced and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This pivotal role supports our client in the advertising industry, where you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure.
Your expertise will directly ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical applications across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Manage deployment processes using Octopus Deploy, Helm, and IIS across development, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to facilitate smooth code integration using Git and TFS.
- Containerize applications and manage Docker images across environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability tools and respond proactively to issues.
- Implement and improve infrastructure-as-code practices, cloud automation, and configuration management.
Your skills:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD and deployment.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrable experience in deployment and release management using tools like Octopus, Helm, and IIS.
- Expert-level command of version control systems, specifically Git, coupled with experience using TFS.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Docker for containerization and image lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of automation principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
While not strictly required, experience with any of the following technologies and approaches would be highly beneficial:
- Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Fluentbit (monitoring & logging)
- Kubernetes, Nexus, NetScaler (infrastructure & container orchestration)
- Kafka, ActiveMQ (messaging and event streaming)
- SonarQube, NUKE (code quality & build automation)
