Driver Pay

$25 – $28 per hour (based on shift)

Shift breakdown:

1st shift: $25/hr
2nd shift: $27/hr
3rd shift: $28/hr

Overtime:

Time-and-a-half after 40 hours

$500 sign-on bonus (paid on second paycheck)

$3,000 referral bonus available

Schedule Options

Home Daily

Available shifts:

1st Shift: ~6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
3rd Shift: ~10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedules include:

Monday–Friday (1st shift)
Sunday–Thursday OR Thursday–Monday (3rd shift)

Weekend availability required
Hours vary based on production needs

Job Details

Local shuttle operation
Move industrial equipment between facilities

Freight includes:

Engines
Generators
Radiators

Freight Handling

Flatbed work required (securement involved)

Strapping and chaining required
Live load / unload

No traditional driver unload of freight

Equipment

Kenworth tractors (2016–2023)
Step deck trailers (primarily)
Occasional double drops

Not a slip seat position (subject to change)

Hiring Area

Must live within 50 miles of Lafayette, IN

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
1 year tractor-trailer experience
6 months recent flatbed experience
Experience with chains, binders, and securement

Must be able to work weekends as needed

Orientation

Paid orientation: $500 total ($250/day)
Location: Atlanta, GA
