Priority placement into Midwest regional lanes (OH, IN, KY, MI) when available
Ohio CDL drivers — this is your next step after getting your license.
Start with a structured, paid training program and build real-world experience before moving into a solo driving role.
TRAINING PROGRAM
- 4–6 weeks with an experienced mentor
- $650/week guaranteed during training
- Run nationwide (all 48 states)
- ~2,500 miles per week
- Hands-on learning (not classroom-based)
Important:
- No home time during training
- Full commitment required
AFTER TRAINING (SOLO DRIVER)
- Average ~$1,100/week
- Paid per mile (CPM-based)
- Typical schedule: 2 weeks out / 2 days home
- Opportunities for Midwest and regional routes based on availability
EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT
- Dry Van & Reefer freight
- Modern, well-maintained equipment
- No flatbed during training
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL (required)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Must meet safety and driving record standards
- No SAP participation
- Able to complete full 4–6 week training
HIRING RESTRICTIONS
Not currently hiring trainees from:
- CT, NH, NYC
- ND, SD, MN
- Southern FL (south of I-4)
PLACEMENT INFORMATION
Drivers are placed after training based on business needs,
with priority given to opportunities in or near Ohio and surrounding Midwest regions when available.
