We're hiring Account Managers to help scale one of the fastest-growing AI marketplaces in the market.
This is a highly entrepreneurial, revenue-focused role working directly with recruiting firm owners and operators to help them grow, optimize performance, and succeed on a rapidly expanding AI-powered marketplace platform.
As an Account Manager, you'll operate as a strategic advisor to recruiting agencies — helping partners improve operational workflows, increase revenue performance, and navigate marketplace dynamics at scale.

What You'll Do
Strategic Partner Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to recruiting firm leaders and operators
- Build and manage high-impact relationships with recruiting agency partners
- Help partners improve operational efficiency, onboarding, engagement, and performance
- Guide agencies on growth strategy, execution, and marketplace optimization
Revenue & Marketplace Operations
- Own revenue targets tied directly to partner performance
- Identify bottlenecks impacting marketplace liquidity and operational outcomes
- Design and test incentives, workflows, and process improvements
- Help improve marketplace engagement, scalability, and partner success
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate partner feedback into operational and product improvements
- Collaborate with internal product and operations teams on marketplace strategy
- Contribute field intelligence, customer insights, and workflow optimization ideas
- Help shape how the platform evolves as it scales
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in:
- Account Management
- Customer Success
- Revenue Operations
- Startup Operations
- Related customer-facing operational roles
- Experience owning or contributing directly to revenue goals
- Experience operating in high-growth startup environments (Series A through pre-IPO preferred)
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-management experience
- Experience solving operational problems and implementing scalable processes
