About the Role
We're hiring an HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations for a financially strong global logistics organization.
This is a well-rounded HR role supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, performance management, and HR operations. You'll work closely with company leadership, including direct interaction with the President, while helping maintain a strong employee experience and operational consistency across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources within a stable, professional environment.

What You'll Do
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management activities
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy
- Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Communicate HR policies, compliance updates, and training initiatives to employees
Administrative & Process Support
- Assist with HR initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain documentation and organizational compliance
- Support reporting and data management activities
- Partner with leadership on HR best practices and employee support initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional certification
- 1+ years of HR experience in roles such as:
- HR Coordinator
- HR Specialist
- HR Generalist
- Similar HR support roles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including:
- Formulas
- Pivot tables
- V-lookups
- Charts
- Strong Microsoft Word proficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information professionally and confidentially
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as:
- ADP WorkforceNow
- Cornerstone
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement, or employee relations initiatives
