We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own critical systems across the entire stack — from backend infrastructure and AI workflows to the frontend applications operations teams rely on every day.

This is a highly technical, high-ownership role where you'll build and scale backend services, architect data models, manage cloud infrastructure, orchestrate distributed workflows, and develop modern frontend experiences that support real-world operational decision-making.

You'll work across Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Temporal while collaborating directly with founders and customers to rapidly ship impactful product improvements.

This is not an early idea-stage company — the platform is already operating in production with real customer impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale backend services using Python, FastAPI, and TypeScript
• Design systems powering AI agent workflows and real-time processing pipelines
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL database models, indexing, and query performance
• Build and manage infrastructure on AWS
• Orchestrate distributed workflows using Temporal
• Develop and ship React frontend applications for operations and workflow management
• Create intuitive human-in-the-loop AI interfaces that improve transparency and operational control
• Build AI integrations, document ingestion systems, and real-time workflow processing
• Work directly with founders and customers to rapidly iterate on high-impact features
• Own systems end-to-end from architecture through production deployment

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments
• Deep expertise with TypeScript and React
• Strong frontend architecture and state management experience
• Strong backend engineering experience using Python
• Advanced SQL and PostgreSQL database design experience
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable shipping quickly and making pragmatic engineering trade-offs
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in ambiguous environments
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
• Comfortable working onsite full-time

Compensation & Equity

Compensation

• Base Salary: $210,000 – $285,000 USD

Equity

• Equity Range: 0.25% – 0.6%
