This is a highly strategic technical sales role where you'll partner directly with Account Executives to lead complex enterprise sales cycles, influence executive stakeholders, and shape how engineering organizations adopt AI-powered software delivery intelligence.

You'll operate at the intersection of technology, business transformation, and enterprise strategy — helping Fortune 1000 organizations modernize how engineering teams build, measure, and operate software delivery systems.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Technical Sales Leadership

  • Lead technical strategy across complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Partner closely with Account Executives on deal strategy and execution
  • Drive discovery, solution architecture, demos, and proof-of-value engagements
  • Align technical solutions with executive business priorities and operational outcomes
  • Remove technical risk throughout the sales process
  • Position the platform as a strategic solution rather than a feature-level tool comparison

Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning

  • Translate field insights into actionable product and go-to-market feedback
  • Capture competitive dynamics, customer objections, and buyer friction patterns
  • Help refine positioning using industry frameworks and market narratives
  • Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights back into product strategy
  • Help improve win rates and shorten enterprise sales cycles

Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Simplify technical complexity into clear business value
  • Operate as a true strategic partner to Account Executives
  • Influence how engineering intelligence and AI-enabled delivery are positioned in the market

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Strong Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering background in enterprise SaaS or DevOps tooling
  • Experience owning enterprise technical sales cycles end-to-end
  • Experience supporting or driving complex Fortune 1000 sales engagements
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of modern software delivery, DevOps, or developer productivity ecosystems
  • Quota-carrying sales engineering experience
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of technical architecture and commercial strategy

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $165,000 – $190,000 USD
  • OTE: $240,000 – $270,000 USD
