About the Role

We're hiring an Education Sales Specialist to drive sales growth, retail performance, and brand expansion for belif Skincare across premium retail locations throughout the New York market.

This is a field-based contract role focused on strengthening brand presence, educating retail teams, supporting in-store performance, and building strong relationships across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's locations within a 50-mile radius of Manhattan.

The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven, passionate about beauty and skincare, comfortable working independently in the field, and experienced in retail sales training, product education, and territory management.

What You'll Do

Sales & Territory Performance

  • Drive retail sales growth across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's locations within the assigned territory
  • Monitor daily, monthly, and seasonal sales performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve retail performance and customer engagement
  • Expand brand visibility and strengthen retail partnerships
  • Ensure reporting and territory tracking are completed accurately and on time

Product Education & Retail Training

  • Deliver product education and selling skills training to retail associates
  • Conduct in-store coaching and hands-on product demonstrations
  • Train store teams on customer engagement and selling techniques
  • Organize promotional events and education-focused activations
  • Prepare materials and support for in-store events and programs

Relationship Building & Market Intelligence

  • Build strong relationships with retail leadership and store associates
  • Partner closely with account teams and retail staff
  • Monitor trends and activity across the premium beauty retail landscape
  • Gather competitive insights and market feedback
  • Help strengthen belif's presence across key retail accounts

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Experience delivering customer-facing product education and training
  • Experience coaching retail teams and conducting product demonstrations
  • Proven track record driving retail sales performance and brand growth
  • Experience tracking and analyzing retail sales performance metrics
  • Beauty, skincare, or premium retail brand experience preferred
