Job Responsibilities:

Reception

  • Professionally answer and transfer telephone calls
  • Meet and greet visitors as they arrive; advise appropriate staff member
  • Maintain reception area and coordinate with housekeeping staff for the same
  • Welcome signage for customers and visitors
  • Support any documents, announcements which require English literature

Administration

  • Handle company owned transportation schedules and management
  • Handle rented vehicles, commuting schedule and record of employees
  • Manage transportation and vehicle related documents and compliances
  • Handle drivers schedule, attendance management
  • Handle vehicle cleanliness and maintenance in coordination with drivers
  • Handle official courier & postages
  • Update telephone no. list and circulate regularly
  • Handle AIS Mobile bills and monthly report
  • Manage company handset repair and record
  • Manage company bicycle repair and record
  • Handle bills from expat guest house
  • Support in making official announcement and corporate event invitation
  • Comfortable with providing support and assistance for transportation on off hours if there is a requirement

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 3 years of experience, freshers are welcome
  • High Vocational / Bachelor's Degree with English communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Basic visual design through PowerPoint / Canva
