Responsibilities:

Packing Operation Support

  • Support packing operation activities in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Prepare and verify packing and loading-related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing packing summaries including carton quantity, pallet quantity, total weight, and CBM information.

Container Utilization Planning

  • Calculate loading space requirements and CBM for shipment preparation.
  • Plan and identify the required number of containers based on shipment volume.
  • Prepare and verify packing and loading-related documentation.

Documentation and Document Control

  • Prepare, control, and maintain packing and dispatch-related documents such as Packing Records, Loading Records, Check Sheets, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with DCC (Document Control department) regarding document issuance, revision updates, and document control activities.

Internal Coordination

  • Follow up and support packing schedules and loading preparation activities.
  • Support preparation of reports and operational data related to packing and dispatch activities.
  • Support Internal Audit, External Audit, and customer audit activities related to department documentation and records.

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Candidate with experience in ERP system is preferred.
