About the job Officer – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day activities (prepare and issue invoice, debit note and credit note and record account receivable transactions) for accounts receivable and revenue generating process.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of account receivable.
  • Generate and analyze receivable account reports i.e., aging report and days analysis report to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Prepare and manage monthly closing of transactions of account receivables.
  • Prepare and manage monthly closing of general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts and investigate reconciliation items.
  • Support and maintain proper document for audit purposes.
  • Handle ad hoc works / projects when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
  • Good written and spoken English is advantage.
  • Experiences in AR and GL management are plus.
  • Skilled in Oracle is a plus.
