Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop strategies, and manage domestic sales operations to achieve the companys targets.
  • Supervise and support the domestic sales team to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Analyze market trends, customers, and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in sales or domestic sales team management.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy planning and effective team management.
  • Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and customer behavior to drive proactive strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of distribution channels, customer management, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to upcountry locations.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and develop the team.
  • Good command of English communication skills.
