About the job AVP Sales (FMCG)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop strategies, and manage domestic sales operations to achieve the companys targets.
- Supervise and support the domestic sales team to ensure sales goals are met.
- Analyze market trends, customers, and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in sales or domestic sales team management.
- Strong skills in sales strategy planning and effective team management.
- Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and customer behavior to drive proactive strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of distribution channels, customer management, and CRM systems.
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to upcountry locations.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and develop the team.
- Good command of English communication skills.
