Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Operations
- Lead, direct, and oversee all daily plant operations including production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and quality assurance.
- Develop and execute long-term operational strategies and annual budget plans to meet company growth and profitability targets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Sustainability & Eco-Efficiency
- Champion and innovate the "Zero Waste" manufacturing process, ensuring maximum utilization of rubberwood and sustainable materials.
- Drive initiatives to reduce the plant's carbon footprint, optimize energy consumption, and manage sustainable waste disposal.
- Ensure full compliance with international environmental standards and eco-certifications.
- Quality & Safety Management
- Maintain rigorous quality control systems to ensure products meet global toy safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN71).
- Cultivate a "Safety First" culture, ensuring strict adherence to local labor laws, occupational health standards, and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Provide strong leadership to the factory management team and workforce; foster a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive work environment.
- Implement talent development programs to upskill factory workers and engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Factory Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing plant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Plant Manager or Plant Director level).
- Proven experience in woodworking, toy manufacturing, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing: Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Just-In-Time (JIT), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Sustainability Mindset: Passion for and deep understanding of sustainable manufacturing processes and circular economy principles.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage a large, diverse workforce.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience in budgeting, P&L management, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning.
- Fluent in Thai and excellent command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and global management.
