Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Governance:
- Formulate and execute long-term business strategies that align with the organization's sustainability vision and the objectives set by executive management.
- Guide the organization in navigating changing global market dynamics, emerging Environmental, Social, and Governance and sustainability trends, and evolving consumer behaviors.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee manufacturing facilities and supply chain management to ensure maximum efficiency, workplace safety, and compliance with green standards (Zero Waste & Carbon Neutrality goals).
- Drive product innovation and alternative material development in close collaboration with the product design team.
- Financial & Commercial Management:
- Manage overall P&L, annual budgeting, and strategic investments to ensure robust, sustainable financial growth.
- Expand global market presence, strengthen international partnerships, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase global market share.
- People & Culture Development:
- Foster an inclusive, creative, and purpose-driven organizational culture that prioritizes sustainability and innovation.
- Nurture, mentor, and develop the leadership pipeline and workforce capabilities across all levels to support future scale.
- Brand & Stakeholder Relations:
- Act as the primary brand ambassador to effectively communicate the company's eco-conscious values to the public, partners, and global stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or specialization in Sustainability Management preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior executive leadership positions, such as C-Level, Managing Director, or General Manager roles.
- Have experience in managing manufacturing operations, export-oriented businesses, or global consumer goods industries, including FMCG, toys, and eco-friendly products.
