About the job Assistant – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and handle day-to-day activities for accounts receivable and account payable in timely manner.
  • Prepare accounting reconciliation and manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process.
  • Prepare and analyze report ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Companys policy and accounting standards.
  • Support and maintain proper document for audit purposes.
  • Handle ad hoc works / projects when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good written and spoken English is advantage.
  • Skilled in Oracle is plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
