Job description:

  • Designed and developed products to meet customer requirements, including improving the quality and taste of existing products by selecting suitable ingredients in compliance with food regulations and standards.
  • Prepared product samples requested by the sales team and supported product presentations to customers.
  • Developed sensory evaluation forms for product quality assessment.
  • Collected data and prepared reports summarizing experimental results.
  • Tested ingredient quality.
  • Managed ingredient inventory for the laboratory.
  • Maintained laboratory cleanliness and safety in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related field.
  • Experienced in R&D within food manufacturing industries, including pet food, seafood canning, savory soups, sauces, and related products.
  • Good command in English
  • Have good skill in IT, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
