Job description:
- Designed and developed products to meet customer requirements, including improving the quality and taste of existing products by selecting suitable ingredients in compliance with food regulations and standards.
- Prepared product samples requested by the sales team and supported product presentations to customers.
- Developed sensory evaluation forms for product quality assessment.
- Collected data and prepared reports summarizing experimental results.
- Tested ingredient quality.
- Managed ingredient inventory for the laboratory.
- Maintained laboratory cleanliness and safety in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related field.
- Experienced in R&D within food manufacturing industries, including pet food, seafood canning, savory soups, sauces, and related products.
- Good command in English
- Have good skill in IT, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
