Job Descriptions

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with overseas partners, agents, and direct clients, especially in the Chinese market.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal operation teams to provide accurate quotations, routing solutions, and service proposals.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with customers and overseas partners.
  • Regularly communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners to support smooth business transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic sales planning.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Participate in overseas business trips, trade fairs, or networking events as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of international freight forwarding, incoterms, and global trade regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
