System Analyst (Software)

Job Description

• Provide customer support and troubleshooting of our products
• Learn new application features/add-ons and test related to the products
• Present and train on product features
• Gather requirements from customers
• Perform Fit & Gap analysis
• Design and develop customizations for the package
• Implement the package

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in System Analyst or equivalent fields.
• Interest in customer support
• Eagerness to learn new software product technologies
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java
• Knowledge of Databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• System development experience is an advantage
• Good Command of English
