About the job Document Control Officer

Responsibilities:

    Document Control Management

    • Control the issuance, revision, distribution, and withdrawal of controlled documents.
    • Maintain and update document master lists and document tracking systems.
    • Ensure proper document numbering, formatting, revision control, and approval workflow.
    • Verify document accuracy and completeness before release.
    • Manage obsolete documents and ensure outdated versions are removed from points of use.

    QMS Documentation Support

    • Maintain Quality Management System documentation including procedures, work instructions, forms, specifications, manuals, and records.
    • Ensure compliance with document control requirements under ISO/QMS standards.
    • Support document retention and archival activities according to company policy and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate periodic document review and revision activities with document owners.

    Audit and Compliance Support

    • Support internal and external audits by preparing and retrieving required documentation and records.
    • Ensure document traceability and audit readiness at all times.
    • Assist in resolving audit findings related to document control and record management.
    • Maintain proper filing and retrieval systems for quality records and compliance evidence.

    Cross-functional Coordination

    • Coordinate with departments such as Production, Engineering, Human Resources etc. regarding document updates and approvals.
    • Follow up with process owners on overdue document reviews and revisions.
    • Provide support and guidance to users regarding document control procedures and systems.

    System and Data Management

    Support continuous improvement of document control processes and systems.

      Qualifications:

      • Thai Nationality
      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Knowledge and understanding of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Halal requirements.
      • Experience supporting internal audits, external audits, certification audits, or customer audits is an advantage.
      • Able to communicate in English
