POSITION: SENIOR HR MANAGER

SALARY: 150,000 - 200,000 Baht/month

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing the full employee lifecycle, and building a strong organizational culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving HR initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Organization Development
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Drive organizational development, culture, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead change management projects
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop employer branding strategies
  • Plan workforce and manpower requirements
• Performance Management
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems (KPI/OKR)
  • Drive talent management and succession planning
• Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop and manage salary structure and benefits programs
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews
• Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and implement development programs
  • Support leadership development and succession pipeline
• Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• HR Operations
  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR systems
  • Improve HR processes and systems for efficiency
• Team Management
  • Lead and develop HR team members
  • Set goals and monitor team performance

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 15–20 years of HR experience, with at least 5–15 years in managerial role
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions (HRM & HRD)
• Experience in building HR systems and processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with senior management
