About the job Sales Manager
Job Descriptions:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
2. Develop sales strategies and business plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
4. Identify new business opportunities and manage project sales activities.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide management with market insights.
6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
7. Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Service, Procurement, etc.) to support customer requirements.
8. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation for the sales team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
2. Experience Minimum 7-10 years of experience in industrial/project sales.
3. At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
4. Experience in Industrial Pump or Industrial Water Pump, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or Industrial sectors in Rayong will be an advantage.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to set and achieve sales targets.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Strategic problem-solving and customer relationship management.
8. Good command of English (speaking and writing).
9. Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to travel to industrial estates and upcountry locations.
10. Familiarity with the working culture in the Eastern region, especially in Rayong, is preferred.
11. Good personality, strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work under pressure.
