Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales performance for assigned accounts, achieving targets for profitable sales volume and strategic growth.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries, proposals, and requests, ensuring no business opportunity is missed.
  • Develop and expand business with existing customers (up-selling & cross-selling) and new customers, including end users and contractors.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance, sharpen selling skills, and support their professional development.
  • Act as a technical and commercial advisor to customers, proposing customized solutions in packaging that meet their specific requirements.
  • Participate in budget preparation, quarterly business reviews, and annual / project kick-off meetings, contributing ideas and insights to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic sales forecasts, to the management team with clear analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in packaging, automation, or related industrial solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development, including experience in leading or managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record in solution selling, key account management, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; highly performance-driven and resourceful.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to work effectively with an international management team.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
