HR Manager
About the job HR Manager
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Employee relations and engagement
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and regulations and ensuring that the organization complies with them, including the group compliance and governance
- Managing HR records, databases and handling administrative tasks such as payroll and benefits administration.
- Creating, delivering and develop training programs to enhance employee skills/ knowledge, manage registration document and support career growth.
- Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
- Assisting with the performance management and review process
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any related field, Masters degree is a plus
- At least 5-8 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in employee and labor law
- Good computer skills on MS Office
- Mature and able to work independently, with attend to details
- Commercial and business acumen
- Communication skills / Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong personality
- Good people skills
