About the job HR Manager

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Employee relations and engagement
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and regulations and ensuring that the organization complies with them, including the group compliance and governance
  • Managing HR records, databases and handling administrative tasks such as payroll and benefits administration.
  • Creating, delivering and develop training programs to enhance employee skills/ knowledge, manage registration document and support career growth.
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
  • Assisting with the performance management and review process
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any related field, Masters degree is a plus
  • At least 5-8 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in employee and labor law
  • Good computer skills on MS Office
  • Mature and able to work independently, with attend to details
  • Commercial and business acumen
  • Communication skills / Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong personality
  • Good people skills
