About the job Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Protect all our existing End-customer business in the area/territory assigned to you, so they continue to do business with Cromwell.
- Grow Sales: Increasing Sales with each Existing Key End-Customers assigned to you (Increase Share of Wallet i.e., our share out of total money end-customer spends on type of products & services we offer).
- New Business: Add agreed number and value of new End-Customers every year, relative to the number of potential new End-Customers available in your given market area.
- Maximizing Gross Profit: Always ensure profitable sales growth with both Existing and New End-Customers
- Business Development ,Planning & Reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience to end-customers
- Experience in sales and business development with a track record of building/managing large end-customers, winning new project business
- Experience in Automotive Sector/Electronics Sector is preferred
- Experience in selling hand tools, air tools, abrasives, pneumatic products, hydraulic products, automation products, electrical products, lubricants & chemicals to above sectors
- Excellent selling & communication skills
- Proficient in English and Thai
- No experience in manager role required
