Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to top management on HR-related matters
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective service delivery
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates
- Develop workforce planning strategies to support business growth
- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipeline
Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Implement performance management systems and processes
- Drive employee development, training, and succession planning
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency and engagement
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Oversee payroll coordination and HR budget planning
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively
HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage HR audits and ensure proper documentation
Industrial Relations (if applicable)
- Manage relationships with labor unions (if any)
- Handle collective bargaining and labor negotiations
- Ensure smooth industrial relations within the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience
- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or GM-level role
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in strategic HR management and organizational development
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
