About the job Business Unit Head

Responsibilities

  • To lead the division team and manage all business decisions for Thailand market
  • To be responsible for the overall business growth in terms of sales, distribution, P&L and operation activities
  • Strategies on the short and long-term plans to expand into new channels and business development for local distributors
  • To create, develop and roll out sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the market position and in-store presence
  • To keep ahead of the key market trends and take appropriate action
  • Handle the communication between internal team and external stakeholders
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • At least 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience in consumer electronics/ FMCG industry
  • Possess strong experiences in sales and business development with proven record of developing, implementing plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities
  • P/L management and financial knowledge to sustain a profitable business
  • Strong negotiator with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
