Dealer Sales Management
- Manage and drive dealer sales performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to ensure target achievement.
Dealer Development
- Identify, recruit, and develop new dealers in assigned territories.
- Support dealers with product knowledge, sales strategies, and business development initiatives.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships between the company and dealers.
- Act as a key liaison to align company objectives with dealer business goals.
Sales & Market Reporting
- Prepare sales and marketing reports for the assigned area.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Propose sales action plans and improvement initiatives based on market analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Strategic thinking with strong sales acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
