Finance & Restructuring Manager

Job Description:

• Full review and restructuring of the Finance & Accounting Department
• Cash-flow management and liquidity planning
• Review of receivables, payables, costs, and financial obligations
• Improvement of accounting procedures and internal financial controls
• Negotiations with banks and financial institutions
• Negotiations with customers and suppliers regarding outstanding payments and payment terms
• Coordination with management, auditors, accountants, and legal advisors
• Preparation and implementation of a financial restructuring and turnaround plan
• Regular financial reporting directly to the Managing Director / Owner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Relevant experience required
• Able to work independently
• Good command in English and Thai
