Job description:

  • Processing customer orders into the system (email, fax, receipt via customer system)
  • Arranging the Deliveries by proving the shipping instructions to an external consignment warehouse by e-mail and call, visiting warehouse in case of any material damage or other issue
  • Preparing and sending of necessary shipping documents to each customer (CoA (Certificate of Analysis), Invoices, documents specified by each customer.)
  • Issuing purchasing orders to our factory in HQ and follow up with the shipment plan.
  • Making inventory plan and update the inventory list on monthly base.
  • Preparing official quotations, updating price table.
  • Joining the weekly meeting with oversea team.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service.
  • Good command of English communication (spoken and written)
  • Skills in SAP and Microsoft Office
