Position: Outbound Tour Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate outbound tour packages tailored to individual and group interests.
• Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, and guides to ensure smooth tour delivery.
• Handle end-to-end booking processes: flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
• Provide outstanding customer serviceresponding swiftly to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate tour documentation and updates in reservation systems.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, and operations teams to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in outbound tour planning or reservations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work under pressure with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
