Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage logistics operations across air, sea, and courier shipments while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery follow-up.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain close communication with carriers, agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Support the preparation and verification of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, BLs, AWBs, etc.).
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Work with the operations and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor shipment performance and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management (preferred).
• 12 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics (fresh graduates with strong customer service skills will also be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of freight/logistics software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
