As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to strengthen our B2B portfolio and build long-term relationships with some of Sri Lankas most reputable brands.

Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting the companys full range of coffee solutionsincluding machines, beans, subscriptions, maintenance packages, and corporate coffee programs.

This is a customer-facing, target-driven role requiring excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a strong understanding of solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new corporate business opportunities across hospitality, FMCG, HORECA, and office clients.
  • Promote and sell coffee machines, grinders, beans, service packages, and corporate coffee solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, and managers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements in line with company standards.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to drive repeat sales and higher share of wallet.
  • Work closely with the technical team to coordinate machine installations and service arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in B2B salesexperience in HORECA, FMCG, equipment sales, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in customer-facing situations.
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
  • Goal-driven, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
