Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting the hotels offerings, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role involves marketing services to diverse clients, ensuring maximum occupancy, and enhancing brand visibility.
Job Location: Accra
Job Type: Full-Time
Age Requirement: 25 - 40 years
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality sales.
Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with corporate and individual guests.
- Promote the hotels facilities, including penthouses, apartments, restaurant, and recreational offerings.
- Identify and pursue potential market opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
