A reputable boutique hotel located in a serene environment of Accra is seeking a creative and experienced Chef to join its team.
Job Summary:
The Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, designing innovative menus, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are consistently maintained.
Job Type: Full-Time
Age Requirement: 32 - 50 years
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a reputable establishment.
Qualification: Minimum Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
NB: Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-quality menus for the restaurant, lounge, and events.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and kitchen budgets.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with management on menu concepts, seasonal specials, and event planning.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and integrate them into menu offerings.
