Senior Housekeeper

A reputable boutique hotel located in a serene environment of Accra is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Housekeeper to join its team.

Job Summary:
The Senior Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Job Type: Full-Time
Age Requirement: 28-30 years
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of housekeeping experience

Qualification: Minimum Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, equipment use, and guest service standards.
• Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Address guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
