FKV & Associates is committed to protecting your privacy.

This privacy statement explains why and how FKV & Associates (the Company) uses your personal data. Please read the statement and indicate your acceptance before submitting your data to the Company.

As a recruitment and outsourcing agency, we are required to maintain certain information about all our employees to enable us to satisfy our operational and legal obligations. The data we collect enables us to interview, recruit, ensure placement of applicants, the provision of managed services and to meet contractual obligations of the business. When you apply for a job opening posted by us, these Privacy Notice provisions will apply to the processing of your personal information. When you apply for a job opening with our Partner institutions through us, you should note that the Partner may retain your personal data and may also collect data from us in respect of the progress of your application.
